Return To Sender Shipping Fee
Once a package is marked as shipped, it is no longer my responsibility and is in the postal service's. The postal service does not guarantee delivery dates and is their responsibility if delivery is delayed. If you enter the wrong shipping address and message me after it is shipped or your package has been lost, you will have to contact the postal service. If a package is "returned to sender"for any reason I will immediately message the buyer and has 2 weeks to respond or I will initiate an automatic refund minus 40% of the product purchase price as a restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable.
I am not responsible for any customs fees or taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping price.

Each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted with high-quality materials. With proper care, your jewelry will last for years to come!
Because each piece is dainty, snagging or pulling could result in damage. To minimize these chances, do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, showering, swimming, or during heavy activity.
Chemicals can create a harsh environment for jewelry and can cause harm. Apply any lotions or perfumes before putting on your jewelry. Avoid wearing in pools that are filled with chemicals. Store in a jewelry box to avoid oxidation.
Over time jewelry will naturally dull so regular cleaning is important. Gently clean with a polishing cloth, jewelry cleaner, or a mild soap.
You can determine your size with just a string and a ruler- it's that easy!
Place a string around your neck where you would like your necklace to lie on your chest. Then, measure this distance to determine your desired necklace length. *Request a smaller size or add a half-inch extender for no extra charge, just leave a note in the personalization box or notes section in your cart!
Bracelets and Anklets
Wrap a string taught around your wrist or ankle and measure this distance. Then, add ¼ inch for a bracelet or ¼-½ inch for an anklet to determine your final size.

All metals I use are safe on sensitive skin and are nickel and cadmium free! And unlike Gold or Silver plating, the metals I use will NOT rub off or turn skin green.
14k Yellow and Rose Gold Filled
Gold-fill jewelry is composed of a layer of solid gold bonded with heat and pressure to base metal and is very durable. Gold-fill contains 100 times more gold than inferior Gold plating. Gold-fill jewelry is an affordable alternative to solid Gold!
Sterling Silver is a mixture of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% of a stronger metal to create a more durable product. Over time, it naturally dulls and oxidizes, so occasional polishing is required.
These metals are used for all chain, wire, findings, and earring posts and backs.
I source earth-mined gemstones from the United States, Brazil, and all across the globe! It is so important that I take the extra time to ensure that each stone is ethically sourced to give peace of mind. All of the gemstones I work with are untreated. Meaning there is no color added, no heat treatment- just natural, genuine crystals. Because each stone is unique, the shapes, sizes, hues, will vary and may contain inclusions.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
a. You have contacted me to request a return within 72 hours of delivery as recorded by the courier, and the return has been approved.
b. You must return the item to me and provide tracking information from the courier within 7 days of initial delivery.
c. The item has not been worn.
d. The item is returned undamaged and in all original packaging.
e. Customer is responsible for the cost of postage to return the item to me.
f. You agree that a 50% processing and restocking fee for the merchandise will apply to all accepted and approved returned orders. Shipping charges are not refundable. Taxes paid will be refunded in their entirety.
g. Earrings are not eligible for returns.
U.S. Domestic orders $50 or more are eligible for free USPS first-class shipping. Free shipping does not include insurance of any sort.

Customs and Fees
I am not responsible for any customs fees or taxes and are not included in your shipping cost. These are assessed directly by your country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn't arrived you can file a mail search request via USPS. If your package included insurance, you may be able to file an insurance claim via USPS. First-class shipping is not insured and is not eligible to file a claim. **If your item is lost/missing, I am in no way responsible for any refunds or replacements**
If you entered the wrong address, contact me ASAP! I can only change it before it is marked as shipped!
Return to Sender

Repairs or resizing
Repairs due to damage during transit, or to fix breakage while wearing will be made to items returned and including all components of the original piece. Repairs will not include modification of the originally purchased item in any way which includes metal type, chain length, or stone selection.
You must contact me prior to returning any items for authorization.
Also, you must include all materials and components from the original item in your shipment to me for repair. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item to me. Liz.Beth Jewelry Co is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or damage to items during transit.
